We are offering a long let on this 1st floor apartment (accessed from road level). Letting period minimum 3 months - maximum 11 months.
Conveniently situated between Benissa and Moraira, in the Marina Alta area of the Costa Blanca, approximately 2 kilometers from the sea, in the quiet urbanisation of Montemar.
This centrally heated apartment consists of 2 x twin bedded bedrooms (max 4 people), kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom and it's own terrace with barbecue. It is fully equipped with all linen, utensils and towels and has TV, video, DVD, ADSL line, hi-fi, washing machine and microwave.
Terms and Conditions of rental will be supplied on request. A car is recommended and we feel that the apartment is unsuitable for children.
This area of natural beauty has many things to offer visitors to the region. There are excellent coastal and mountain walks and for the less adventurous, organised walks are offered in most towns. Sailing and other watersports are available nearby together with snorkelling and scuba diving. There are golf courses, bowls clubs and tennis for the more energetic. Also nearby are cinemas showing Spanish and English language films and 10-pin bowling alleys in case the weather should turn inclement. For those people who just want to relax, there are superb beaches, bars and restaurants. Within a short drive in every direction are interesting places to visit and things to do and see for people of all ages.
